Graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Statistics of the SGPiS (presently the Warsaw School of Economics). Certified Public Accountant. Employed with Budimex S.A. as of 1978 where he filled various managerial functions at home and abroad.
Economics and Financial Director, Chief Accountant, and Member of the Budimex S.A. Management Board as of 1990. Chairman of Supervisory Board of the Dromex S.A. Transportation Building Export Company, a company associated with Budimex S.A., as of November of 1997 and President of the Management Board of Dromex S.A. as of April of 1998. President of the Management Board and Director General of Budimex S.A. as of October of 1998.
Serving as member of the Kredyt Bank Supervisory Board as of May 31, 1999.
