Andrzej Witkowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University as well as post-graduate of the Cracow Academy of Economics. He is enrolled as a lawyer to the Warsaw Regional Board of Lawyers.
Doctor of Laws and Master of Notarial Sciences, University of Louvain in Belgium. He has completed Financial Management Programme, VLEKHO Brussels (Belgium) and Advanced Management Programme, INSEAD (France). Mr Jan Vanhevel started his professional career in 1971, when he joined the Legal Department of Kredietbank (Belgium).
Holds a degree in Commercial and Financial Sciences of Foreign Trade School (HIBH) in Brussels, Belgium.
Formerly Mr Luc Philips was a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Kredietbank (forerunner of KBC) and served as Managing Director of KBC Bank in the years 1998-2003.
Graduate of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge (law and economics), where he obtained a title of Master of Arts.
He started his professional career in 1978 when he was a graduate trainee at Barclays Bank PLC and in 1982 he was appointed Assistant Manager at Cost Unit Control at the General Managers Office, Barclays Bank.
Agricultural major in college. Employed with the CZM Central Dairy Union in Warsaw over the years 1961-1970. Owner of a poultry farm from 1970 to 1989. President of the ROLMEX S.A. Supervisory Board over the years 1987-1989. Long-time President of the WZD Voivodeship [provincial] Poultry Union in Gdańsk.
François Gillet has a Master in Business and Administration from the Louvain School of Management (IAG).
Graduate in 1983 he joined a year later the Union Miniere where he was the assistant of the CFO, in charge of the financial aspects of acquisitions and of strategic plans as well as specific projects.
Since 1988 he works for the financial holding company Sofina where he currently is director.
Graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Statistics of the SGPiS (presently the Warsaw School of Economics). Certified Public Accountant. Employed with Budimex S.A. as of 1978 where he filled various managerial functions at home and abroad.

Participant in the short MBA program at the l'Universite du Quebec a Montreal in 1991-1992. Post-doctoral degree granted in 1993 by the Warsaw School of Economics. Received the title of Professor Extraordinaire at that school and also in 1999 of the WSUiB College of Insurance and Banking of Warsaw.
Since 1985 he has been active in the area of banking. Over the years 1985-1992 he worked as a Deputy President of the National Bank of Poland and then continued his banking career in commercial banks.
