Maciej Bardan President of the Management Board
Maciej Bardan (1963) studied at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and specialized in Banking and Finance. Mr Bardan has many years of professional experience in banking, risk management and the financial sector. He started his professional career with FTE Universal Sp. z o.o. In 1992, he commenced work with the Citibank Poland S.A. and held many different positions there until 2001.
Krzysztof Kokot Vice-President of the Management Board
Graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the Lomonsov University in Moscow. He was granted title of Doctor of the Academy of Social Science in Warsaw in 1990. He started his career in banking 1990 when he commenced work with the Bank Śląski. In 1991 he joined BRE Bank, where has been a member of the Management Board responsible for corporate banking for eight years. Completed specialized trainings, including at the INSEAD European Institute of Business Administration in Fontainbleau.
Umberto Arts Vice-President of the Management Board
In 1983 Mr Umberto Arts graduated in business administration, University of Leuven, Belgium.
In the years 1983 - 1998 Mr Umberto Arts worked for Kredietbank NV, Belgium. In 1983-1984 he was employed as university trainee in Antwerp, while over the period 1984-1986 he worked as bond trader in the Capital Markets Department in Brussels. In 1986 he was appointed the Head of Capital Market Trading and transferred to London. In the years 1987-1993 he worked in London: over the period 1987-1990 as the Head of Capital Markets, trading and sales, and then in 1990-1993 he was the Deputy Treasurer of Kredietbank UK.
Lidia Jabłonowska-Luba Vice-President of the Management Board
Mrs Lidia Jablonowska-Luba graduated from Mathematics Institute of Gdansk University obtaining master degree. In the years 1994-2001 she was the Vice President of Schroder Salomon Smith Barney Polska. In 2002 she assumed the position of the Head of Financial Institutions & Public Sector Division in Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. responsible for marketing and risk management for banks, insurance companies, pension and investment funds as well as public sector institutions.

Graduated from Lublin Catholic University (KUL), English Department, and post-graduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), Management.
